♥ The Veiled Woman Of DEATH ♥

One black wet night,

When the stars gleamed for mercy,

There stood a woman, in a deep enclosed veil.

Prowling her ravenous eyes, for their every breath.

I stood in the heart of the massacre,

As each bullet fired, had DEATH engraved on it!

While I howled and screamed helplessly,

For someone who’d care.

But there seemed no cease of guns,

No compassion from the Barbarians.

As each bullet fired, bruised my lone tender heart.

We talk of peace, of harmony and of joy.

But where do our ethics lie, whilst the underground voices cry?

And yet, we slay our brothers and sisters,

As if they were ordained to die!

Why can’t we see her besieged?

When we can.

Why can’t we hear her plea?

When we can.

Why can’t we perceive our mother cry?

When the veiled Woman of Death,

Gives birth to her every child.

Now, in the name of the Holy Father, I vow

That, how much as many deeds it takes, no matter.

To get it right,

I will fight!

Fight for peace, for harmony and for joy!

Not with arms and cannons, this time,

But with my tender lil’ heart,

Before we let the veiled Woman, shriek her last laugh!

♥ Meri Aakhri Khwaaish - Hindi ~ English Fusion ♥

Grant him forgiveness, oh father!

And let your kindness bestow upon him.

May the good lords absolve him,

‘Cause he knows not what he is doing!

Aashiq tha woh mera,

Mohabataana uss ne hume sikhaya.

Khoob sapne dekhe mil kar, inn masoom nanhe aankhon ne…

Waqt aane par woh nikamma, inhee aankhon main,

Aasoo chodd chala gaya

And yet I ask you to forgive him, father.

No, not for his being, for sure!

But for the little soul like a trapped canary, in its

wretched mould!

Bahot dur chale gaye hai woh…

Ithni dur ki apni Rooh ki aawaz bhi na sun sake…

Jeete jee zindagi unki, Ya Allah, khaffa na banjaye..

Roo-ba-roo hai woh maut se, kahi yeh khauf na rehjaye..

I pray to you heavenly father,

Sun bhi le, Ya Khuda, meri yeh ibadat…

Show him the way to eternal life,

And give him my love always!

Aye Ishwar, Unpe koi aanch na aane dena..

Koi sapnon ka sheesha dubarana na todna..

Kyunki bas, yehi hai meri aakhri khwaish…

And this I ask, in your loving name…
